Returns
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
For items returned after 30 days, The Patchwork Quilt Country Inn will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item’s value.
*You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
Shipping
We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time as noted on the product page.We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 3 - 5 business days from the day you order them.
PO Box Shipping: We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.
International Shipping: We currently ship to 34 countries, with support for many more in the coming months. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping.
