The Patchwork Quilt Country Inn a northern Indiana premier country bed and breakfast is located in Middlebury Indiana. It is conveniently located 1/2 mile north of the Middlebury exit 107 off of the I80/I90 Indiana Toll Road. Just turn North (left) off of the Toll Road onto SR 13 and drive approximately 1/2 mile to the traffic signal light, which is the intersection of State Road 13 and County Road 2. Turn left (west) and travel 1 mile and you will find yourself at the entrance to the Patchwork Quilt Country Inn Bed and Breakfast.
From Chicago and points west:
Depart Chicago on Toll Rd 90 East Enter IN Toll Rd changes to I-80/90. Proceed to exit 107 on I-80 and take ramp right for US-131/IN-13 toward Constantine/Middlebury. Turn left onto US-131. Proceed to the first stop light this is County Rd 2 (Take left) Go about a country mile and the Patchwork Quilt Country Inn Bed and Breakfast will be on the left.
From Northern Ohio and points east:
Make your way to I-80 and proceed west at exit 107 on I-80 in Indiana Take exist 107 take ramp right for US-131/IN-13 toward Constantine/Middlebury. Turn left onto US-131. Proceed to the first stop light this is County Rd 2 (Take left) Go about a country mile and the Patchwork Quilt Country Inn Bed and Breakfast will be on the left.
From Indianapolis and points South:
Make your way to I-69 north towards Ft. Wayne at exit 156 take ramp right and follow signs for I-80 / I-90 Indiana East-West Indiana Toll Rd West. At exit 107 take ramp right for US-131/IN-13 toward Constantine/Middlebury. Turn left onto US-131. Proceed to the first stop light this is County Rd 2 (Take left) Go about a country mile and the Patchwork Quilt Country Inn Bed and Breakfast will be on the left.
From points North:
Make your way to I-69 South at exit 156 take ramp right and follow signs for I-80 / I-90 Indiana East-West Indiana Toll Rd West.
