For over half a century guest have been retracing their steps back to the wide front porch of the inn where they can enjoy spectacular sunsets and watch white tail deer in their native habitat. Tucked away in the heart of Elkhart and LaGrange counties you will find an area where folks are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly handshake. A place where horse and buggies are still found on country roads & where tranquility still is a daily affair. This is where the Patchwork Quilt Country Inn began its humble beginnings back in 1875 with the Lovejoy family. It was a simple country farmhouse built with loving hands.
