Spring time
Spring time finally seems to be at the Inn. The flowers, plants and grass are starting to grow. We have been busy at the Inn getting ready for the season. This winter has been very slow to say the least but we are looking forward to the guests that will be visiting us. We are up in business 167% from this time last year. I would like to thank everyone who as already booked your visit with us for this year. Thanks Ed

Ok… I know its been a while since any post have been done here (And I will so get on The innkeepers butts about it) but here we go…. I’m not usually one to pat myself on the back or toot my own horn (Toot – Toot) but our little website has just reached the top 11% of all websites… !!!!!! This is based from the alexa report (Internet nelson ratings) So… What does this mean???? Absolutely nothing really but even still it feels great to pull it off!! Visit From Family
I have to write this and say that we had visits from family members that I have not seen in two years. First visit was from my brother Colin and he was up at the inn to hunt. It was a great time and was good to see him. I hope soon to see his family Tabby and the kids. The second visit was from my brother Wayne and my friend his wife Juanita, it was also a long time sense I have seen them and we all had a good time. They where here to have a vacation and that was needed. It has been a long time that I kept in touch with family sense mom died the family just drifted apart and went in there own directions which seems to happen to alot of families. Next year I do plan on having a family Christmas here at the inn and I cant wait to see the family together again. The most I enjoyed with this family is when mom and dad where alive is that we all got together on Christmas eve and had a big dinner and after that we all sat down near a fire place and dad recorded all of the grand kids to us big kids singing Christmas songs and that feeling has been gone for a long time and to do it all again with our kids and grand kids will be the best Christmas I could ever ask for. My favorite song was by dad chest nuts roasting on a open fire and I hope that one of the brothers or my husband or my son will be willing to sing this song . More to come soon.
My Girls are leaving
I am sorry to say that Sam and Heather will be leaving Monday Oct 12th 2009 for Maryland. They started here at the Patch in Feb when Ed &I bought this Inn. They have come a long way when they first started, there was so much to clean and organize that when they said they where heading back to Maryland in Oct they gave me a promise that they would finish what they started and I am so happy that I had that extra help to get the Inn back up and running. It is sad to see them go but I know in my heart they need to lead their own life. One day I know they will return to see what has been improved to the Inn and to enjoy all the hard work that they had done at the Patch. Ed and I wish them the very best on their new journey. Well I’m glad I had time to blog and will return soon. Tammy

Ma Ma’s New Kitten’s
It has been a long time sense I have blog and I do apologize for that, I have been very busy with a lot of changes here at the B&B. I want to update you on a new family that has come. Ma ma patchwork’s stray cat that just showed up months ago has just had her second liter as far as I know her second, The first two are Hunter Man and Pretty Boy they are now about 4 months old. The new liter has five and at this time it is hard to tell what type of sex they are so in a few weeks I will return and blog somemore about our new family here at the Patchwork. Picture’s where taking of the birth but they will be added soon. Tammy
The Kitten
I am here to update on the kitten, Which Sam named him Kangaroo. We took him to the vet to get his shots and check up Kangaroo is doing just fine. At this time he is still in the office attacking the feet or your hands while you type on the computer. Kangaroo has a knack of shut down the whole Internet and computer systems. He is so cute. I will soon be adding pic’s of kangaroo. There is a lot more to blog about and my day goes so fast that I lose track of time. I will be back soon hope to see y’all here. Tammy
